Yes, no previous experience is required. Danny is trained to guide people of all levels of experience through the practice.
It is advisable not to eat a heavy meal at least two hours before the intense breathwork session. However, it is also not advisable to fast for a long time beforehand either. The goal is to have enough energy without feeling uncomfortable during practice.
